Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver effective HR support aligned with organizational goals.
- Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Support recruitment initiatives to attract and onboard suitable talent.
- Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting an engaging work environment.
- Advise and coach managers on HR policies, employee matters, performance management, and people development.
- Conduct workplace investigations, manage employee feedback, and recommend appropriate solutions where required.
- Work closely with HR teams across the organization to develop and implement people strategies that enhance business performance.
- Contribute to workforce planning, HR initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
- Support other HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working office hours on a 5-day work week.
