YOUR ROLE

Align HR strategies with business objectives to support a dynamic, fast-paced workforce

Partnering with senior business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives. This role ensures HR initiatives drive business performance, enhances employee engagement and supports workforce development. The HRBP acts as a key advisor on organizational development, talent management and employee relations.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING

Strategic HR Support

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that improve workforce efficiency

Support workforce planning to address peak seasons, labour shortages and retention challenges

Analyse HR metrics attrition, absenteeism, productivity etc to drive data-driven decision making

Recruitment and Talent Management

Collaborate with TA team to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled workers

Develop strategies to attract and retain talent in a competitive labour market

Support the talent development programs to ensure a strong leadership pipeline

Work with business leaders to assess skills gaps and implement training and development programs

Work with HODs on succession planning and career development

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as advisor on handling employee relations, grievances and performance management

Develop engagement initiatives to improve employee morale and reduce turnover

Promote a culture of engagement, performance and continuous improvement

Implement employee feedback mechanisms and drive action plans based on survey results

Ensure consistent application of disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution

Performance Management & Training

Guide managers on performance evaluations, goal setting and feedback processes

Ensure fair and competitive compensation structures by collaborating with the C&B teams

Recommend incentive programs to improve employee productivity and retention

Identify training needs and work with TM team to recommend programs for upskilling and cross-training employees

Change Management & Organisational Development

Support change initiatives, such as restructuring, process improvements, and culture transformation

Support leadership in managing organizational change effectively

Support HR digital transformation efforts, including HRIS adoption for improved workforce management

HR Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labour laws and company regulations

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement in HR processes

Compliance & Safety

Ensure HR policies comply with labour laws, safety regulations

Support workplace safety programs and collaborate with safety teams to reduce workplace incidents

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR and safety regulations

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field

6 or more years of experience in HR as business partner.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices and business acumen

Proven ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders

Familiar with HR technology, data analytics and work workforce planning

Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Positive and proactive attitude with a can-do spirit

Cheerful, team-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills

Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to go the extra mile

Able to engage with people at all levels confidently and respectfully
