About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organization with a growing presence in Singapore and across the region. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner to support their business units and drive people initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support. This role will play a key part in driving talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring alignment with company policies and local employment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR advisory support
• Drive talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development
• Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and HR policies
• Lead and support employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and manpower planning
• Analyze HR data and metrics to support decision-making
• Support change management and transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices in Singapore

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Relevant HR experience, ideally in a business partnering capacity
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
