Position
As the Human Resources Assistant Manager in Christian Dior, you will support the delivery of key HR functions, with emphasis on HR business partnering, compensation and benefits strategy, and rewards governance. This role also acts as a trusted HR partner to the business, aligning people and rewards initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
Job responsibilities
HR Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted HR partner to retail teams, to understand workforce needs and provide HR and rewards-related guidance.
- Support retail leaders in managing employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant application of HR policies and practices.
- Analyse HR metrics, headcount trends, and compensation data to recommend workforce and rewards solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, compensation regulations, and internal policies; liaise with legal and regional HR teams when required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Provide HRBP support on compensation and benefits matters for retail teams, ensuring alignment with business needs, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of compensation frameworks, salary structures, incentive schemes, and allowance policies for both office and retail teams.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, and annual compensation review cycles.
- Act as a subject matter expert for compensation and benefits queries, ensuring clear communication and consistent application of policies.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Manage retail recruitment processes, including manpower planning, job evaluation, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Ensure compensation alignment and approvals during hiring and internal mobility processes.
- Collaborate with educational institutions on internships programs for both office and retail teams.
OtherProjects Initiatives
- Support HR and total rewards projects, including policy reviews, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Benchmark compensation, benefits, and HR practices against market and industry standards.
Profile
Education & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on HR Business Partnering and Compensation & Benefits.
- Prior experience in luxury fashion, retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
Other Requirements
- Good stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Solid understanding of compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and local labour regulations.
- Detail-oriented and highly discreet when handling sensitive information.
