We're looking for a proactive HR Assistant who's eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and isn't afraid of spreadsheets. If you're organized, curious, and want real exposure to HR in a consulting environment-this could be for the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Keep employee records and HR documents neat and up to date.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR admin.
- Support payroll processing and CPF contributions.
- Support expenses and supplier payments.
- Assist with IRAS filings (IR21 & IR8).
- Coordinate MOM surveys and reporting.
- File, claim, and track government paid leaves.
- Book business travel and coordinate logistics.
- Assist with Client invoicing
- Assist with recruitment (job postings, interview coordination, candidate comms).
- Contribute to creating and improving HR policies, forms, and processes.
- Work with Excel trackers and support HR reporting.
- Support compliance with Singapore MOM regulations.
- Get involved in employee engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
- Someone willing to learn and grow in HR
- Basic understanding of HR practices (a plus!)
- A first experience in SAP (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations (nice to have)
- Comfortable using Excel (or keen to improve)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- A positive and cool team player
