Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative functions within our marine operations business. This role is responsible for managing payroll, statutory compliance, work pass administration, employee lifecycle management, office administration, insurance coordination, and general corporate support functions.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions, includingAccounting, General Affairs, Human Resources, and overall officeadministration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by providingstrategic HR guidance to support organizational growth and workforcedevelopment.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations throughout theemployee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement,talent development, performance management, offboarding, compensation &benefits, and staff welfare.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketingand Finance to drive HR initiatives, support audit and compliance requirements,and enhance employee experience.
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing and statutorymatters in compliance with company and Singapore regulatory requirements,including CPF contributions, IR8A, IR21, Government-Paid Leave claims, ForeignWorker Levy (FWL), and other payroll-related matters.
  • Administer work pass matters, including applications,renewals, cancellations, and quota management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and developmentprogrammes.
  • Review, monitor, and manage company insurance policies,including general insurance, employee insurance, benefits, and renewals.
  • Manage office facilities and administrative supportfunctions, including office supplies procurement, pantry replenishment, andworkplace upkeep.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities asassigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management,Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience(experience in the construction or marine industry will be an advantage).
  • Proven experience in payroll processing for atleast 100 employees.
  • Experience with eHR payroll system will be anadded advantage
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment laws, MOMregulations, and statutory requirements and experienced in handling MOM auditsand regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated,organised, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
  • Meticulouswith strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality ofsensitive information.
