Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as a Senior Executive / Executive,
Human Resources & Administration. This role is critical in managing the full spectrum of HR functions while providing operational and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and compliance with labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and learning & development programs.
- Support operational workflows, SOPs, vendor management, procurement, and IT account setups.
- Compile and analyze HR and operational data for business insights.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, regulatory requirements, and participate in audits.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service operations.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
