We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous HR Professional to join our client's team. This role offers a blend of operational excellence and strategic partnership, where you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions while supporting our project teams in the fast-paced construction sector.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, ensuring that our workforce is well-managed, compliant with Singapore's labor regulations, and highly motivated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Spectrum HR Operations: Lead recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Foreign Manpower Management: End-to-end management of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP/SP/EP) via the MOM portal.

  • Performance & Development: Coordinate the annual performance appraisal cycle and identify training needs to support staff professional growth.

  • Attendance & Payroll Support: Manage and verify staff attendance records (including site-based workers) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Compliance & Audit: Maintain up-to-date HR databases and lead HR audits to ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements.

  • HR Business Partnering: Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances, sharing vital information, and driving staff motivation initiatives.

  • Policy Communication: Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to a diverse workforce to ensure a harmonious working environment.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience. Prior experience in the Construction or Engineering industry is an advantage

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations (especially regarding foreign worker quotas and levies).

  • Soft Skills: A collaborative team player with a high level of integrity and the ability to solve problems independently.

  • Attributes: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
