Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and shortlist top talent through job portals, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for each role
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job postings through to offer negotiations
  • Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates for long-term partnerships
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
  • Provide insights on workforce planning and support recruitment analytics and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Genuine passion for talent development and recruitment
