Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and shortlist top talent through job portals, networking, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for each role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job postings through to offer negotiations
- Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates for long-term partnerships
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
- Provide insights on workforce planning and support recruitment analytics and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Genuine passion for talent development and recruitment
