Brief Description
GWS Living Art is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to support HR operations across our group of companies. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration, while contributing to a positive and cohesive workplace culture across entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle across group companies, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files for all entities.
- Draft and administer HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns across the group.
- Support payroll preparation, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee leave administration and attendance tracking across multiple entities.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with Singapore employment regulations and internal company policies.
- Support management with HR reporting, data tracking, and administrative tasks across the group.
- Liaise with different business units to ensure consistent and aligned HR practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment practices and HR administration.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information across multiple entities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
