Working Experience/Exposure:
At least 2 year of relevant experience in providing HR administration and support in full spectrum of HR in a fast-paced environment, preferably in Construction Company
- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
- Hands on knowledge of workday
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with all levels
- Independent and able to seek solutions
- Strong people skills
- Ability to organize and multi task in a fast pace environment
- Perform ad-hoc tasks when required
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent - Human Resources preferred
- Prior experience from recruitment firms or agencies is also preferred.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate who can commence immediately or within short notice will be advantageous
- Proficient with Info-Tech HR system Applications.
