Job Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced professionals.
  • Organize and invigilate written assessments and technical tests for campus hires and specialized roles, ensuring a fair and efficient evaluation process.
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules. Facilitate multi-round interviews (initial screenings, panel interviews, and executive/C-level interviews) and consolidate structured feedback from hiring managers.
  • Craft compelling, highly professional Job Descriptions (JDs) and engaging recruitment advertisements tailored for LinkedIn, local job portals, and social media platforms (e.g., WeChat Official Accounts).
  • Draft and polish internal HR communications, management reports, meeting minutes, and official announcements.
  • Develop creative promotional content and presentation decks for university career fairs and campus talk sessions to elevate the company's employer brand in the Singapore market.
  • Oversee the new starter process, ensuring comprehensive background screening and regulatory checks are completed prior to onboarding.
  • Liaise with background check agencies, external recruiters, and university career offices to maintain high service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, preferably within the banking, financial services, or large corporate sectors.

  • Professional reading and writing skills in both English and Mandarin are essential for this role. This is critical for drafting bilingual corporate texts, running WeChat recruitment campaigns, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and the headquarters in Mainland China.

  • Proven ability to write engaging promotional copy and formal corporate reports.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and local employment laws.
