Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, preferably within the banking, financial services, or large corporate sectors.
Professional reading and writing skills in both English and Mandarin are essential for this role. This is critical for drafting bilingual corporate texts, running WeChat recruitment campaigns, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and the headquarters in Mainland China.
Proven ability to write engaging promotional copy and formal corporate reports.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and local employment laws.
