We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Senior Human Resources Executive to support end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is hands-on and execution-driven, working closely with management to implement HR programs and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Execute full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding of technical and professional talent across local and international markets.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, performance management processes, and employee development initiatives to support employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Provide day-to-day guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, employee relations matters, and career development support.
Support initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture aligned with the company's values and innovation goals.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Assist in HR process improvements and implementation of HR best practices as the organization grows.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR Executive / Senior HR Executive / People & Talent role.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
