An industry leader in Timber and Metal Doors supply currently has openings for HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER. This role requires candidates that are well versed in MS Office with good attention to details and timelines.
The candidate must able to work well with all departments and very diligent in following up on actions and responsible for overseeing all aspects of an organization's human resources functions, ensuring effective management of employees and compliance with labor laws.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and labor regulations.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Identify training and development needs and organize employee development programs.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR information.
Ensure the company complies with all labor laws, employment standards, and internal policies.
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and HR documentation when required.
