Analyze talent data to identify risks, such as flight risks or skill gaps, and implement retention strategies.
Collaborate with business leaders to align talent strategies with overall company goals.
Oversee retirement and exit policies, manage redundancies, and ensure smooth leadership transitions.
Other reasonable duties as assiged by direct manager.
Requirments:
Degree in Human Resource or related field of studies
Min 8 years of human resource experinece
Candidates with healthcare backgound prefered
