Lead and manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and deployment of workers
Oversee employee lifecycle management, including contracts, payroll inputs, leave
records, and compliance with MOM regulations.
Coordinate worker course bookings, safety training, and follow-ups.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to support
company growth.
Manage administrative functions such as document control, records management, and
internal reporting.
Provide HR advisory support to management on workforce planning, employee
relations, and disciplinary matters (issue warning letters etc).
Support operational teams by scheduling, coordinating manpower, and handling
documentation.
Ensure statutory compliance (MOM, CPF, Work Passes, Employment Act).
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Manage local man power supply liase with MOM.
