Job Description

The Business Development cum Human Resource Manager is responsible for driving business growth while managing the full spectrum of HR functions. This dual role requires strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance revenue generation with talent management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.

2. Human Resource Management

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.

3. Strategic & Administrative Duties

  • Align business development strategies with HR initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Manage budgets for both business development and HR activities.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
