We are seeking a responsible and experienced Human Resource Manager & Retail Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our minimart outlets while managing the company's HR functions.
The candidate will oversee staff recruitment, manpower planning, and employee management, while also ensuring smooth shop operations, sales performance, and customer service standards across our minimart outlets.
This role is suitable for someone who understands retail operations and team management and can help build a strong workforce to support the company's growth.
Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
Handle work pass applications (WP, S Pass, EP) and MOM compliance
Develop and implement HR policies and staff guidelines
Manage employee relations, performance evaluation, and disciplinary matters
Coordinate training and staff development programs
Oversee daily minimart shop operations
Manage store staff scheduling and manpower planning
Ensure good customer service and store cleanliness
Monitor sales performance and product display
Support inventory control and stock management
Work closely with shop supervisors to improve sales and efficiency
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Retail Management, or related field
3-5 years experience in HR or retail management
Familiar with Singapore MOM regulations and work pass application
Experience in retail, supermarket, or minimart operations is an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
