Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a HR Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions and facilities while fostering a vibrant workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee comprehensive HR functions for both domestic and regional offices.
  2. Manage recruitment activities, talent management, and salary proposals for seamless onboarding.
  3. Conduct annual performance evaluations and participate in salary review processes.
  4. Provide insights on succession planning to ensure continuous talent development.
  5. Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  6. Ensure timely execution of sensitive HR activities, including contract renewals and confirmations.
  7. Review and update company policies to align with local employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
  8. Lead the annual Employees Opinion Survey (EOS) and analyze results for actionable insights.
  9. Address grievances and manage disciplinary cases as needed.
  10. Participate in global initiatives directed by headquarters.
  11. Process staff claims efficiently within the HR system.
  12. Act as a representative in various corporate functions, including compliance and workplace safety matters.
  13. Manage the renewal of facilities contracts and address ad hoc facilities issues promptly.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business with HR specialization.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of HR managerial experience, demonstrating proven leadership skills.
  3. Proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
