Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Human Resource Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This position offers the opportunity to impact employee relations, operations, and well-being.

Responsibilities

Oversee key HR functions including employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and safety. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as maintain employee records and documentation. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary cases while conducting fair investigations in line with policies. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and industry guidelines to maintain ethical practices. Administer employee benefits, payroll inputs, and facilitate HR systems management. Provide strategic HR advice to management on performance management, organizational changes, and compliance issues. Promote employee well-being initiatives and manage workplace health and safety compliance. Support compliance audits and advise on potential legal risks related to HR matters.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Professional certification in HR (IHRP CP / SP preferred). 5-8 years of HR experience, specifically within Singapore. Strong understanding of local employment laws and ethical labor practices. Familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards. Exceptional communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
