Human Resource Manager (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations, and due inquiry processes in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Advise management on performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, terminations, restructuring matters, and potential legal risks.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, Tripartite Guidelines, and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) labour and ethics standards.
• Support and prepare for compliance audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to fair labour and ethical practices.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation and lifecycle administration.
• Maintain accurate HR records, policies, SOPs, and HRIS data integrity.
• Oversee leave administration, employee benefits, payroll inputs, and work pass applications and renewals.
• Support workplace safety and health (WSH) compliance initiatives and manage workplace incident reporting.
• Promote employee wellbeing initiatives and contribute to a fair, safe, and ethical working environment.
• Provide HR advisory support to managers and contribute to organisational change initiatives and HR projects.
  
  Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• IHRP-CP / IHRP-SP is added advantages.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.

• Familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards in labour and ethics.

• Strong communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
