Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions. This role will support Management in driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is resourceful, people-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing both operational and strategic HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning strategies
Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and workplace matters
Provide professional advice to Management on employee relations issues
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
3. Performance Management & Development
Lead performance appraisal processes, goal-setting frameworks, and KPI tracking
Advise managers on performance improvement plans and talent development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulatory requirements
Review, develop, and update HR policies and SOPs in line with best practices
Advise Management on statutory matters, disciplinary procedures, and risk mitigation
5. HR Operations & Administration
Oversee maintenance of employee records and HR documentation
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and manpower metrics for Management review
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Manage payroll coordination and statutory submissions (if applicable)
Undertake ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably handling full-spectrum HR functions
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
Experience supporting Management in strategic HR planning
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of integrity and confidentiality
