Job Summary

Lead comprehensive HR functions excluding payroll to drive organizational effectiveness. Manage recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training needs, and HRIS projects while supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the full spectrum of HR activities excluding payroll to support organizational goals
  • Manage and drive the HRIS project to enhance HR system efficiency and data management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational consistency
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle to attract and hire qualified talent aligned with company needs
  • Facilitate the performance management process to improve employee productivity and development
  • Monitor employee relations issues, promote effective communication, and strengthen workplace relationships
  • Assess and identify employee training needs to support continuous learning and development
  • Execute other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned to support HR department objectives
  • Report directly to the Group Chief HR Officer, providing updates and insights on HR initiatives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications to support HR operations
  • Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act to ensure legal compliance
