Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support payroll preparation, leave tracking, and attendance management
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and employment matters
  • Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and related correspondence where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies
  • Provide general HR administrative support as required

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in HR operations or generalist roles is preferred
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
