Position Summary:

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for executing the full spectrum of Human Resources, Payroll, and Administration functions across our regional offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. This role will act as a strategic advisor to leadership while executing all day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage the full employee lifecycle across all three regions, including recruitment, onboarding, probation confirmation, performance management, and offboarding.

. Consistently implement, maintain, and communicate company policies and procedures across regional offices.

. Execute accurate end-to-end monthly payroll processing for regional entities in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, ensuring timely salary payments.

. Administer employee benefits, corporate insurance policies, leave management, and staff claims.

. Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters.

. Oversee daily office administration and facilities management.

. Coordinate internal office events, staff briefings, and company-wide communications.

Qualifications& Skills Required:

. Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related discipline.

. Minimum 3 years of progressive HR generalistexperience, with a proven track record in an HR Manager or Senior HR Executivecapacity.

. Hands-on experience executing end-to-end payrolland managing statutory compliance across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills,with a proven track record of managing sensitive company data and handlingexternal audit inquiries with absolute discretion.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications orPayboy software.
