Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle hiring of local and foreign personnel, creating job descriptions, and integrating new hires.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and promote employee engagement.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to local labour / employment laws, develop company policies, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Training & Development: Oversee performance reviews, skill development programs, and succession planning.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, often conducting market surveys.
- Safety & Wellness: Coordinate health, safety, and wellness programs alongside HR functions.
- Manage company's diverse mix of nationalities to be compliant under MOM Compass Point System.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive local HR experience, with at least 2-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Bilingual in English/Mandarin
- Work 5.5 days week
