Responsibilities

1. Support the end-to-end implementation of L&D programmes to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards and alignment to NUH's goals and objectives:

Learning Programme Coordination and Preparation: Assist in planning and managing schedules. Support coordination with trainers, facilitators, and participants. Assist in preparation and organise training materials, ensure logistics support for training sessions.

Reporting: Compile report required for submission to stakeholders and partners. Assist in preparing reports on training outcomes and metrics.

Training Documentation: Maintain and update training records, help in providing basic insights based on evaluation data.

eLearning Platform: Assist in maintaining learning content, support user accounts and troubleshoot issues.

2. Support events such as staff wellness, process/ work improvement review projects etc.
