As an Intern (Recruitment), you will support NTUC-ARU's internship management programme, ensure meaningful engagement between interns and staff, oversee the development of satisfaction surveys and multimedia content for our Summer Internship 2026 programme. The intern will also develop social media engagement efforts across various platforms, generating engaging content aligned with our 2026 Recruitment Workplan, and support the digitisation efforts of our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute bi-weekly engagement activities to foster meaningful connections between interns and staff members.
  • Support in the development of Career Page.
  • Provide support in career fairs requirements
  • Provide support in digitising HR department requirements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests.
