About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations within a fast-growing biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment, working closely with both local and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders at our global HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other talent channels
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, HR databases, and recruitment reports
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (documentation, welcome kits, system access requests)
- Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and campus engagement activities
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and employee record maintenance
- Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly Talent Acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills comfortable liaising with stakeholders across different levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is a plus, but not required
