Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Maintain and improve employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
  • Support current and future business needs through talent management
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management
  • Promote a positive workplace culture
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field

  • Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Experience with HR software/systems (e.g., HRIS)
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
