Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Singapore employment laws
  • Lead workforce planning and manpower strategies to support business operations
  • Manage all Work Pass matters (S Pass / Work Permit / Employment Pass), including application, renewal, and compliance
  • Liaise with government authorities such as Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on regulatory requirements
  • Oversee payroll processes, compensation & benefits administration
  • Maintain proper HR records, reporting, and documentation
  • Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters and organizational development

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in construction or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
  • Experience in handling foreign worker management and work pass applications
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park
  • Salary: $3,300 - $4,500 (subject to experience and qualifications)
