We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions in the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with Singapore employment laws
- Lead workforce planning and manpower strategies to support business operations
- Manage all Work Pass matters (S Pass / Work Permit / Employment Pass), including application, renewal, and compliance
- Liaise with government authorities such as Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on regulatory requirements
- Oversee payroll processes, compensation & benefits administration
- Maintain proper HR records, reporting, and documentation
- Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters and organizational development
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in construction or related industry
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
- Experience in handling foreign worker management and work pass applications
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Salary: $3,300 - $4,500 (subject to experience and qualifications)
