- Maintaining accurate and employees records and documentations
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees
- Maintaining payroll / payslip records
- Maintaining employees files
- Apply / renew work passes
- Arrange for training / identify gaps in training
- Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions
- Any HR related duties assigned by managers
skills / qualifications
- Basic microsoft / computer skills
- Team player who can work independently
- Able to work alternate Saturdays
- Singaporeans / SPR only
Working hours - 830am - 530pm (Mondays to Fridays), alternate Saturdays (830am - 1230pm)
