Role Overview
We are seeking a HR Director to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions and support the company's global growth. This role will report to the CEO, and partner closely with senior leadership to drive talent strategy, organizational development, and scalable HR practices across multiple regions.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
. Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
. Partner with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies, talent management frameworks, and organizational development initiatives.
. Design and implement scalable HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business goals and support global go-to-market (GTM) expansion.
. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations across operating regions, as well as internal policies and governance standards.
. Oversee HR operations, including payroll, leave management, employee records, and day-to-day HR administration.
. Build and foster a strong organizational culture and drive employee engagement initiatives across regions.
. Support regional HR matters and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices in a fast-growing, international environment.
Job Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
. Proven experience in high-growth or startup environments, with a track record in supporting organizational scaling and GTM expansion (preferably within B2B SaaS or AI industries).
. Solid HR generalist background with broad exposure across core HR functions.
. Strong knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance in Singapore familiarity with China or other international markets is a plus.
. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders on strategic people initiatives.
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills proficiency in English is required, and additional language capabilities (e.g., Mandarin) are advantageous for cross-border collaboration.
. Experience in multinational environments, with exposure to global hiring and HR operations across multiple regions (e.g., APAC, Europe, North America), is highly preferred.
