Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
2. Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, organizational development, and talent management.
3. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and practices aligned with business needs.
4. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and internal company policies.
5. Oversee payroll, leave administration, employee records, and other day-to-day HR operations.
6. Support employee engagement, culture building, and regional HR matters where required.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with broad exposure across HR functions.
3. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR compliance.
4. Proven ability to work with senior management on people-related matters.
5. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment is preferred.
