Job Description

  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Havelock Road
  • Salary: $2,600
  • Working hours: Mon - Thu: 8:30am - 6pm Fri: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Scope:

Responsible to provide administrative support to various functions in the Human Resources Department. This includes (but not limited to):

Recruitment Support:

  • Communication of interview arrangements with job applicants over the phone and via email
  • Assist team in administering written tests
  • Data Entry
  • E-filing of documents in preparation for Interviews

. Other ad hoc duties such as:

  • Filing and shredding of documents
  • Logistical support for HR activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Meticulous and thorough
  • Able to handle and multitask through high-volume of recruitment applications at various stages
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience in customer service, admin work and/or managing events is advantageous.
