Core responsibilities
. Responsible for handling all application , renewal and cancellation of the work permit
. In charge the entire process from the recruitment, worker's arrival until resignation/ termination
. Worker's home leave matters
. In charge of attendance, payroll & leave administration
. PPE, office administration matters
. Administer and verify overtime record
. Assisting in company event
. Assist in any other ad-hoc HR job as assigned
Job specifications
. At least Diploma in Business Studies/ Human Resource related
. At least 2 years of working experience in construction engineering field is required
. Meticulous and responsible to work under minimal supervision
