Key Responsibilities
. Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings,candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
. Support payroll processing by ensuring employee information,attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll data are accurate and up to date.
. Monitor monthly attendance and overtime (OT) records, ensuringaccuracy and timely submission for payroll processing.
. Process and verify employees vehicle claims in accordance with company policies.
. Administer employee benefits, leave, attendance, and HRIS records.
. Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (where applicable).
. Coordinate employee orientation, training, and engagement activities.
. Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
. Handle employee enquiries and provide HR administrative support.
. Assist in HR projects and perform other HR-related duties asassigned.
Requirements
. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management,Business Administration, or a related field.
. At least 1-3 years of HR experience. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are welcome to apply.
. Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices is an advantage.
. Experience with payroll and HRIS systems is preferred.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Well-organized, meticulous, and able to maintain confidentiality.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
