Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Payroll& HR Administration

. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

. Manage employee attendance, overtime, leave, and HRrecords.

. Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.

. Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel documentation.

Recruitment& Onboarding

. Post job advertisements on relevant job portals.

. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

. Conduct initial candidate screening and phone interviews.

. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

. Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.

WorkPass Administration

. Handle All work Passes applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.

. Liaise with government authorities and employees on work pass matters.

. Monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.

. Maintain accurate records of foreign employee documentation.

Employee Relations & Workforce Coordination

. Coordinate closely with blue-collar workers, supervisors, and site personnel.

. Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, leave, and work pass matters.

. Support employee engagement and welfare activities.

. Assist with disciplinary matters and HR compliance issues when required.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

. Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll, recruitment, and work pass administration.

. Familiar with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM)regulations and employment laws.

. Experience handling Work Pass applications.

. Experience working with blue-collar or operational workforce is preferred.

. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.

Preferred Qualifications

. Knowledge of Employment Act and foreign manpower regulations.

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
