Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Participate in manpower planning by providing input on requirements, statutory obligations and projected manpower costing.
- Deliver HR services efficiently, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Administer leave, benefits, insurance, payroll, work passes and government surveys accurately and on time.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewals, salary reviews, resignations and terminations.
- Monitor headcount movements, prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
- Oversee offboarding activities, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
- Review and update HR policies in response to Employment Act or regulatory changes.
- Facilitate performance appraisal, salary review and bonus exercises to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Support and execute ad-hoc HR projects as required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Recruitment
- Source and attract qualified candidates using cost-effective channels including job portals, agencies, referrals, internships and databases.
- Screen, interview, assess and verify applicants to ensure shortlisted candidates meet role requirements.
- Maintain and update job descriptions to reflect current business needs and work arrangements.
- Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles to minimize hiring lead time.
- Obtain approvals for salary proposals, prepare employment contracts and coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Ensure personnel documents are properly filed and maintained in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare employee CVs and provide information required for tender submissions and security clearances.
- Liaise with educational institutions on internships and collaborative programs such as Work-Learn Technical Diploma.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training plans.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and Job Training Matrix in compliance with SOPs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
