We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration
- Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.
- Implement HR policies and SOPs in line with MOM regulations.
Payroll & Compensation
- Prepare monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage employee claims, leave, and attendance records through the HR system.
- Work with accounts to ensure CPF and statutory contributions are in order.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff.
- Support staff welfare, engagement, and team-building initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances or disciplinary matters with tact and confidentiality.
Franchise Growth Support
- Assist in building scalable HR frameworks and processes as the business grows.
- Support HR matters related to future franchise outlets including manpower planning and recruitment coordination
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in F&B
- Good understanding of local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS system (Infotech Software) and MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
