Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.
  • Implement HR policies and SOPs in line with MOM regulations.

Payroll & Compensation

  • Prepare monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage employee claims, leave, and attendance records through the HR system.
  • Work with accounts to ensure CPF and statutory contributions are in order.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff.
  • Support staff welfare, engagement, and team-building initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances or disciplinary matters with tact and confidentiality.

Franchise Growth Support

  • Assist in building scalable HR frameworks and processes as the business grows.
  • Support HR matters related to future franchise outlets including manpower planning and recruitment coordination

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in F&B
  • Good understanding of local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS system (Infotech Software) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and proactive
  • Takes initiative to complete the task assigned
  • Able to work independently with minimum amount of supervision
