We're Hiring: Human Resource Executive
We're looking for a motivated and organized Human Resource Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with payroll, leave administration, and attendance tracking.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Handle general HR administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1-3 years of HR experience is preferred (fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply if applicable).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
