Role Description
- Support the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, handling enquiries and grievances.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with audits when required.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Work with operations team on employee requests and queries.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, transfer letters, and other related paperwork.
- Manage HR systems including updates for employee records, insurance, and licensing requirements (e.g. PLRD portal).
- Process weekly timesheets for payroll purposes.
- Report and follow up on work injury cases, liaising with authorities and insurers where needed.
- Assist in HR surveys, compliance, and regulatory submissions.
- Take part in improving HR processes to enhance employee experience.
- Any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment regulations, insurance, and work injury claims.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team, with good attention to detail.
- Experience in industries such as Facilities, Security, or Healthcare will be an advantage.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks.
