We are a dynamic wood carpentry and fabrication factory specializing in custom furniture, interior fittings, and large-scale carpentry works. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to manage our manpower needs and ensure compliance with employment regulations, particularly in relation to foreign workers and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and performance reviews.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (Work Permits, S Pass, Employment Pass) with MOM.
- Coordinate with foreign worker agents for recruitment, deployment, and repatriation of workers.
- Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, personal files, training certificates, safety briefings, medical records).
- Track and monitor attendance, overtime, and shift schedules for factory workers.
- Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, WSH, and other regulatory requirements.
- Support workplace safety and health (WSH) initiatives - training, toolbox meetings, safety documentation.
- Provide HR support to management on disciplinary matters, grievances, and dispute resolution.
- Assist in HR policies and process improvements to support a growing production workforce.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or carpentry industry.
