Requirement
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or commercial sector
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
HR certification is an advantage (optional)
