Job Description

Job Summary:
The Payroll Executive is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, statutory compliance, and proper record-keeping for all employees. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and familiarity with Singapore payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees, including salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

  • Ensure accurate calculation and submission of statutory contributions.

  • Verify and update employee data, including new hires, resignations, leave, and benefits affecting payroll.

  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.

  • Reconcile payroll reports with the general ledger and management records.

  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for auditing purposes.

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory regulations.

  • Assist in payroll audits and statutory filings.

HR Support:

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal information.

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Track leave, attendance, and other HR-related records.

  • Support HR reporting, performance appraisals, and HR compliance matters.

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and internal HR policies.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.

    • Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience in Singapore.

    • Strong knowledge of CPF, SDL, EIS, and other local statutory requirements.

    • Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel.

    • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

    • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Familiarity with HRIS systems

    • Ability to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.

    • Problem-solving mindset for resolving payroll discrepancies.
