Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll (overtime, allowances, deductions)
Ensure compliance with CPF, tax, and statutory requirements
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding/offboarding
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Ensure compliance with construction and labor regulations
Prepare HR reports and handle general HR duties
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
2-3 years of relevant HR experience experience in the construction industry is an advantage
Experience in payroll and work pass applications
Knowledge of MOM regulations and Singapore payroll practices
