Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring system compliance and user support.
- Create and upload HR-related online training content.
- Train regional users and coordinate with external vendors for LMS enhancements.
- Support internal training programs, Leadership Academy, and training budget tracking.
Organizational Development & ISO
- Maintain training records, track energy usage (ecoTrack), and support ISO documentation/audits.
- Support HR chatbot and assist with project-based work.
Employee Experience & Branding
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes and employee engagement activities.
- Conduct pulse surveys, handle HR reporting and official surveys.
- Manage social media content (e.g., LinkedIn) and support CSR initiatives.
General HR Support
- Oversee office admin tasks (e.g., supplies, maintenance, freight).
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g., payroll, CPF, tax).
- Administer benefits and assist with contract renewals.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource.
- A proactive, positive team player with strong integrity.
- Familiar with HRIS, Moodle, H5P, SurveyGizmo, and generative AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and digital skills (MS Office, Canva).
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
