ob Description & Requirements
- Responsible for payroll & CPF contributions for all employees under Singapore / Malaysia employment.
- Advertising and sourcing of available positions.
- Arranging interviews, screening, and trainings where necessary.
- Ensuring all government regulations regarding foreign hires are followed.
- Guiding Workers through onboarding orientations and exit interviews.
- Ensuring new hires are in the Facial Recognition System.
Internship Management
- Liaise with local institutions to source and recruit interns
- Coordinate intern interviews, screening, onboarding, and required training programs
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations and legal requirements for foreign interns and hires
- Oversee and guide interns throughout the internship program
- Prepare and compile HR and other ad-hoc reports.
