Human Resource Executive/ HR Generalist #YYN

Requirements:

- At least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field

- Preferably certified IHRP-CP (not a must)

- 3+ years relevant recruiting experience

- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and multiple talent markets a plus

- Deep sourcing, interview, assessment, and selection experience

- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies (via social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with prospective candidates

Job Details:

Salary: $3,300 to $5,500/month

Location: Changi North

Time: Mon - Fri 8am - 5:18pm

Job Duties:

- Promotes an environment of excitement for all applicants and job candidates

- Manage full life cycle of recruitment and build pipeline for a variety of positions at all levels

- Partner with Site HR to manage short-term hiring forecasts

- Develop recommendations for recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract talent

- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with employment agencies, colleges, polytechnics, universities, and government agencies

- Assist in identifying, organizing, and attending job fairs/career events

- Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers in a timely and efficient manner

- Make data driven recommendations to drive the most effective hiring strategies

- Partner with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner to develop specific job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and necessary skill sets

- Building your network within the industry and contributing towards the employer branding

- Any other tasks/duties or projects as assigned by Reporting Manager
